A stay-at-home mom's passion
Hi, I'm a stay-at-home mom based in Pocatello, Idaho, and the heart behind Mingos Custom Cookies. I discovered my passion for decorating cookies with royal icing,I noticed that people were really into them, I thought it would be great to start a small home business. I hope you all enjoy the creations I make with love right from my home. <3
The story behind the name
I chose 'Mingo' because I have always adored flamingos since I was a child. Then when I became a mother, I came across the fact that when flamingos have babies they lose their pink. I couldn't relate more to that. We, as mothers, work hard to get our pink back, and sometimes we need a little help - and in my case, a little cookie decorating. <3
Smiles in every cookie
What makes Mingos Custom Cookies stand out from other cookie shops in Pocatello? Each of my cookies is carefully thought about, planned, and meticulously detailed. I truly want each customer to pick up their cookies and leave with a smile on their face, and for the cookies to create more smiles and laughter once they get to where they're going.
